Yea so, a couple of things: a. Where are all the people? I see close to no one even in Ch 1, I thought maybe it was a visual bug when you log in, but there were like 5 people in Ch 1 FM and I was like woah... b. Similarly, why are there no shops? c. Is it safe to spend NX? I know most of these would probably listed in one of the 25 or something updates, but I think it's much faster/helpful for other people who might have similar questions if someone answers it. Thanks.
new source is not fully functioning and only around 100 ppl are online anytime. no hired merchant cuz its not coded. no cash shop yet cuz its being coded
Unforeseen circumstances happened, so things ain't as perfect as we thought it would be. But soon there will be an update which introduce CS again among other fixes.
Just got back after not having a functioning PC since the end of December & sadden to hear about the unfortunate issues with the new source. But on the bright side, Maple Royals isn't being flag as a virus anymore on my end
During this period, I'm just lurking the forum and doing stuffs I was supposed to do awhile back. So it's all good...for me.
The game will be back to normal and It will have plenty of players whenever a new source is finished and finalized. They are pretty close to getting to that point but it still will be a few weeks or months. The game will eventually be revitalized. Just be patient and wait
telling us to be patient is better than telling us everything will be fixed soon. I remember when they told us source will be finished in 24 hours. LMAO xD
Honestly don't think Royals will ever recover to old numbers, even if everything is fixed. Only hope I see for the server is to fix all gamebreaking bugs/glitches and then do a full wipe. Many people, including a lot of the hardcore players, moved on to other servers at this point. I just don't see too many people excited to go back unless it's a fresh start.
I will probably receive a lot of hatred for saying this but lets us just forget about the old MapleRoyal for a second and considering this: _ Would a server without a functioning Cash shop, character creation, account register, core skills not working correctly... standing in the "top rank" of private server on Gtop100? I'm saying this because I want the Staff to realize that the current players base staying in the server are truly "Royalers" they're supporting the server no matter what is the situation so you better not disappointed them. From what I've seen lately, the Staff are doing a decent job but I do not think anyone or ANYONE want to hear another "SOON" or "WAIT AND BE PATIENT" anymore. We have already waited and I really hope Royal will thrive once again.
