New version hair and eyes

I seeing many times that ppl got new version hair and eyes, how to get them ?

Sorry for my bad english.

 

I believe they can be bought with Royal Points obtained through donating.

 

What i should do after donate ? :v

 

Log off, donate, wait a minute or two, log back on, check Cash Shop to see if you have receive Royal Points, then exit CS.
Use the donate command found from ~help (I don't know the exact command, I think it is ~donatornpc)
Pick a face and hairstyle that you prefer.
