Not Bug New Year's Present can't be seen or looted

    As you can see in the video below, one of my character can't loot the present even when inventory still has space and the other charater can't even see the present etc. Both characters have the quest activated.

    Usually the present appears in the use tab instead of etc. Since the message that appears in the corner is "the item is unavailable for the pick up", it looks like you got it already. Good luck!

    It's a USE item which you need to double-click on in your inventory.
