Hey, welcome to the server. Bishops don't need much equipment early on - you only need extra equips later to hit the magic thresholds to 1 shot at leeching spots. If you're tight on money, the first equip I'd recommend is a zhelm, which you can get for ~65m, although the prequests do take a while. After that save for a nice elemental wand which you'll be using until 130. Int equips are generally expensive (at least several hundred mil), so don't worry about those until later on. If you happen to have a lot of money, I'd suggest getting a m.att overall -> shield -> earring -> gloves in that order. I myself didn't have any int equips (except a nice overall and zhelm) until I started selling leech at around 130.

Your primary goal should be to get to 120 so that you can sell leech with genesis, and that's when you can start earning real money. Until then save your NX for gach or sell TP rocks/AP resets to earn some notable money on the side. If you get lucky with gach you can easily get yourself a nice earring or overall with a single run of 35 tickets.

Like kerrigan said, z-helm and elemental wands should be your focus (through a decent lv64 wand/staff isn't bad either). Other INT equips should wait until 4th job, when they really start to matter.
But a big hurdle you'll have to face is gen20 prices, getting gen20 is a pretty big boost of damage when your 4th job but a skill book can cost you upwards to 1bil. I recommend training at places that make you mesos to get a head start.

    Zhelm > Wand > Earrings > Robe > Gloves > Shield.

That's how it should be. Why?

You get the most MATT out of Earring Scrolls. A 30% will get you 5 matt and 3 int and its worth 'bout the same as OA int 30%, GFMA 30% and shield matt 30%.
Robe next because of the amount of people farming 60% OA int. They're getting cheaper.
    Gloves next because why not?
Shield last because its the most expensive of the bunch.
