Duplicate Nimble feet - Prevents from entering portals after use.

    I used Nimble Feet in Amherst and i wasn't able to go through portals. Relogged, able to go through, used nimble feet again and unable to go through again.

    If you use a bugged skill, you won't be able to enter through a portal.
    Nimble Feet is on the list of bugged skills.
