Fixed NLC plastic surgeon crash

    at least one of the female faces in NLC kills the client.

    i'll be checking to see if this problem exists everywhere? because i mean come on this shouldn't be happening anywhere.


    EDIT: this happens in Showa too. and probably happens everywhere.
