Duplicate No EXP for killing Big Foot

I killed two big foot as lv 96 Chief Bandit alone. It took each time of 30~40 minutes total up to 90minutes.
Somehow the meso explosion glitched and when killing bigfoot, no EXP, no nx, no toes whatsoever dropped. This happened also with Headless Horseman and the mobs around.
When I talked with other people, they also experienced the same thing.
Please fix and I hope I can get some kind of compensation. Thank you

You most likely were killing it with bugged mesos. That causes it to drop nothing and give no exp if it's killed by that. If your mesos stop disappearing but continue doing damage, loot them back up and drop again so you actually get exp from your kills.

 

I see. Then can this bug be fixed at any point?

 

It's one of the tougher bugs to tackle. We'll have it fixed soon enough, but don't count on it being super fast. For now, just re-loot your mesos if they stop disappearing and drop again.
