Closed No medal after completing 7th anniversary jigsaw puzzle

    Problem: Completed 7th anniversary jigsaw puzzle but did not receive 7th anniversary medal
    Details: On 18 August 2020 at around GMT 3:30pm, I completed the 7th anniversary jigsaw puzzle and clicked on the lightbulb on top of my character. I got a pop-up message saying 'unknown error'. I see that I received the EXP coupon but not the medal. I spoke to Dalair (NPC) but he speaks as if I have yet to complete the 7th anniversary challenge.

    The medal isn't from the jigsaw puzzle, press the medal button in-game to check the requirements.
