Closed No NX after voting

    Problem: didn't receive NX after voting at gtop.
    Details: I tried to vote from my pc and my phone (different IPs), yet I still had the link to vote.
    A few hours later I saw the timer working (although it's not correct), and I still haven't received the NX.
