Good morning, I appreciate you taking the time to look at my original thread that is now closed Kai, but the issue has not been resolved and my refund has never been issued into my account for the 8k NX. The only 8k I have on my account is from voting as of yesterday. I did not use any NX on my account since creation and voted a total number of 2 times, so it wouldn't make it too difficult to track. I apologize for being persistent but I did not get a refund of the 8k NX as you have said. Thank you, Monty
Are you certain that both votes were done correctly? Did you solve the captcha on GTop100 and received a message that says "Thank you for voting!"?
Yes I do remember completing the captcha correctly the first time I voted it was turning a turtle the correct side up and the second time I voted was a cat. I also do remember after completing the captcha a blue message that said thanks for voting also appeared as well as receiving the message that it may take a few minutes to receive the 8k NX as well.
Thank you for your help. Please note this occurred on the same day I created my account and got my character to Lv15. I don't remember the exact date but between 5/26-5/28. Second time I voted was yesterday on 5/29.
The only vote that has successfully gone through is dated: 2017-06-02 02:00:02 Any votes before that were not complete and never went through, which is why you never received NX.
That is strange, I am not sure why that is what you have on record because I have been voting throughout the week and before the 2nd because I was able to buy the 30 gachapon tickets and that would be impossible if voted started counting on the 2nd.
