IGN: Roliback Problem: Voted, but did not receive the NX Details: I voted about 1 hour prior to posting this thread. I was offline when I voted, logged back on and did not receive the 8000 NX. On the website to vote, I typed in my account's name and not character IGN. If I try to type in "Gxxdo" in the account name, it says I have already voted. I would like to be compensated, if possible. Thank you.
Make sure you do the following: 1) Go to https://royals.ms/?page=vote 2) Type in your login ID, NOT your character name and click Vote. You will be shown 3) Click "click here" to be directed to GTop100 website. Solve the captcha by rotating the animal upright. Once the animal is upright, click the big red button "Vote for MapleRoyals...". When a green message shows "Thank you for voting!", you will receive your NX within the next 5 minutes. Note you can only vote once every 24 hours on ONE account (if you own more than one).
Thank you for the quick response. @Kai I did exactly what your instructions said, the "Thank you for voting!" showed up and everything. The problem was that I wasn't rewarded. I noticed many players weren't rewarded either.
There were some issues with voting up till about 10 hours ago, but we quickly resolved it. The issue should not happen again the next time you vote. Very sorry about this.
I was told that there was a refund of 8K NX made to new accounts that voted when the system was experiencing a hiccup. Can you check if you've received the refund?
