Closed No NX from voting

I vote everyday and have not had a problem receiving NX. I voted and I checked my balance 11 hours later, and unfortunately, I still have 1000NX.

As shown in the left screenshot, the IP you're attempting to vote on has already voted.

 

I don't think you quite understand.

-I started the day with 1000 NX.
-I voted. It gave me the green message: "Thank you for voting."
-11 hours later, I went to check how much NX I have.
-I still have 1000 NX.
-I then tried to vote again, in case it didn't go through or something. It gives me the message that I already voted, along with the timer indicating I voted 11 hours earlier (left screenshot)
-I still have 1000 NX (right screenshot), which is why I'm posting this thread . I was not credited the 8000 NX .

Alright thanks for clearing my misunderstanding. I will inform an admin to verify.

 

I've looked into your account's recent vote history, and in the last 3 or so months you have 1 total succesful vote on it.
With that said, can you please clarify this statement?

Are you sure you're voting for the correct account name?

 

That's really odd. Assuming you checked the account connected to the ign: apparently, then yes, I have been receiving 8,000 NX everyday until this recent hiccup. I am sure I am voting for the correct account name.


update: I voted again after the 24 hour timer passed. I got the 8000NX immediately after. I guess something strange happened with just yesterday's vote? I don't mind losing out on that NX since it was only 1 time. Hopefully it doesn't occur again. Please let me know if my recent vote history accounted for the vote that I just did (the username connected to IGN: apparently).
