Not Bug No return from merchant store(white scroll)

    I got a white scroll in 4/29, and then I put it in merchant store.
    Next day, I went back to withdraw my items and money, but there were no money back, and white scroll was not withdrawn, too.
    My white scroll just disappeared without return.
    Does someone know how to fix it? Please help!
