Participated and Completed Fish Parade Event that took place 7-18 @ 23:00ish server time, 7:00pm ish EST. Spoke to Pierre and received no rewards. To be fair, I didn't read any dialog and used NPC Chat to skip through it and was teleported back to Lounge. Couldn't upload screenshots but here is link to imgur album with text box. Please let me know if other format is needed or if screenshots are insufficient. Don't really care about reward but hoping it helps you guys.
Thanks for reporting. Your image didn't load, however I've looked at the script and found one potential issue which could cause no items to be rewarded. There is a reward of 200 Power Elixirs, as well as a 200 Elixir reward, however these only stack to 100 within the inventory. So one of these, alongside the 'Congrats from GM' use item that all winners receive, would potentially require 3 free use slots. I've gone ahead and adjusted the script so a max of 100 of these potions are given out in future. I can't see any other problems, so it's likely you missed out on either 200 elixirs or 200 power elixirs, alongside the guaranteed rewards. If you want to be refunded the potions, congrats from GM and 500 NX, feel free to try and let us know when you are next in game for us to find you.
