Did you finish the following steps? 1) Go to https://royals.ms/?page=vote 2) Type in your login ID, NOT your character name and click Vote. You will be shown 3) Click "click here" to be directed to GTop100 website. Solve the captcha by rotating the animal upright. Once the animal is upright, click the big red button "Vote for MapleRoyals...". When a green message shows "Thank you for voting!", you will receive your NX within the next 5 minutes.
@Dimitri kindly assist. Have verified with OP in-game and the way he described the voting process is correct, and he has also receiving the green "thank you" message.
