    i have downloaded file 88.1, and tried launching but the screenshot below popped up.

    how do i resolve this?

    Make sure the game isn't already running, it's trying to update the game but it can't because some files are in use
    If you're sure the game is closed, try restarting your PC

    Hi same here, still could not launch the game despite attempting the temporary fix and restarting my PC. The error screen for mine is as attached.

    I just fixed that problem for me, it's a permission issue on the folder. Maple is trying to write to a folder that it isn't allowed to.

    To fix it, you need follow instructions from here:

    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...-windows/78ee562c-a21f-4a32-8691-73aac1415373

    Specifically, we need to give write access to "ALL APPLICATIONS AND PACKAGES". You may or may not need to take ownership first so try step 3 (Fix permissions) first, then try step 2 (take ownership) if needed.

    Tried the guide for no such host step by step and did exactly.
    My anti virus and fire wall are all disabled as well.

    However, I can't pin point exactly where is going wrong after restarting my laptop as stated.
    Running on windows 10.
