Hey staff - This came up in a character issue report I had earlier about a bugged quest line in Ulu City. (See http://royals.ms/forum/threads/ulu-city-quest-line-bugged.13346/ for specifics). The normal fix for the bugged quest would have been to forfeit and restart it, however I couldn't try that because Ulu city and Temple of Time quests do not show up on the quest list - I'm not sure if something went missing when the files were uploaded, or if this was an oversight when everything was done up, but they have never been present in the quest list from the day of release. This means anyone else running into that particular bug that wants to finish the quest line is also going to have to wait for admin intervention. I don't know how much trouble it is to get these quests added, but I believe it would save some headaches in the long run.
