I see your character ProtoType in the database. Are you able to log into the website with the information? Have you recently changed your password or anything?
This also happend to me yesterday apparently you have to ban and unban his character manually for some reason to fix this.
I think your character will re-appear on the rankings after your first login after being banned. Please wait for the server downtime to finish and try logging in again. If you can log into the website you should be fine when the server comes up. Otherwise I will resort to Jack's idea but I don't see how that should affect you.
