Not able to buy certain items from Cash Shop

Since today I found out that the buy button is greyed out on all female items for me in the Cash Shop even though my character is female. This seems to be an issue throughout my whole account (I only have female characters). Restarting Royals and my machine didn't seem to fix this issue and I'm sure that all my files are up to date.
It would be great if a gm could look into this issue.

the temporary fix to this problem is to equip the items in the cs and then pressing the "buy equipped item" button on the top left.
