Solved [Solution Given] Not able to connect to game without VPN

    Guys, I disconnect from the log in page most of the time if i'm not using VPN and disconnect every time i try to change channel or enter cash shop. Is there a solution for this? My friends and I are having the same issues, we're playing from the same region ( Brunei Darussalam ). We couldn't connect most of the time without VPN. Could anyone help?

    This occur when the server is online, i am aware that the server is currently down at the moment
