I am coming back to Royals after not playing since 2015. I was able to access my forum account and change the password. However, I am not able to login to the client. It says that: "This account is blocked from logging in due to too many invalid PIN authentication attempts. Please reset your password on our website to regain access to this account" I try to reset my password using the Control Panel on the website, but for some reason I never get the authentication email. Any insight would be appreciated.
