Problem: Not able to trade Peter Pan Hat
Details: It is always trade unsuccessful to trade the hat even I trade after changing channels

 

Switch channel or relog might help

 

Try putting it in cash shop then take it out, helped to me with Veamoth.
Let me know if it does not help

Details: I went into Cash Shop to store the hat, then I leave the Cash Shop. Then I entered the Cash Shop, the hat went missing T.T

We're currently working on another update that has pushed back the CS fix. Till then, there's nothing we can do so bumping your thread won't help. Your issue will be resolved the moment the CS bug is addressed. What you can do now is keep a lookout for future update notes (definitely not the upcoming one though, but hopefully within the subsequent update).

When was the last time you tried trading it?

 

Almost certain it was may 18 this year when she tried trading. Then the hat went into the cash shop where it disappeared :3
