Enter the realm and killed mob but no icy soul rock dropped. This might be a problem that existed for some time. It dropped for me after i did it like 6 times. That was for ifrit quest, but it seems to drop, just at a low rate
Oh, didn't know it's not 100% drop rate. Assumed it was a bug because of the previous threads I've seen. EDIT: Tried a few more times and it dropped. Quest completed. Please close the thread and sorry!
