Edit : Upon looking for more videos, it seems like the old animation is changed to the current animation when Piercing Arrow was changed where you can move when you're charging it. Sorry about that. Spoiler: Not bug It is supposed to have an animation of pulling your crossbow until its peak and it will stay in that state as long as you're charging Piercing Arrow. Right now it just goes into alert state and then turn into default state after a while, which is similar to Brawler's Corkscrew Punch. How it is supposed to work : How it is working now :
