Not getting my NX Cash after voting

I have recently made my account two days ago.
On my first day, I made a mistake of voting before making an in-game character. However, on the second day, I made the game character and voted on the site. I still did not get any NX Cash. Is this because I voted by accident on the first day?
Please help I have 0 NX Cash on my account.
