Ok so I do NOT want to get banned so I will let you guys know about this: I voted about 26 hours ago and got 280k nx in total after the vote. Everything was fine. 2 hours ago, I tried to vote again after 24 hours of waiting but it said I've already voted and I need to wait 1400++ minutes. Still had 280k NX at this point. I thought it was weird but whatever. Just logged on, got 288k NX and I didn't even vote. Tried to vote and it seems like I already did. But I didn't! It's possible I got confused actually, but I want the GMs to know about this.
Considering 1400+ minutes is near the 24 hour mark, sounds like your vote went through and the page just hiccuped for a second.
The odd thing here is that I didn't even got to the capcha page, or have completed the capcha. But the NX amount still went up as if I did.
i believe the captcha page is for the actual voting, so in fact when you enter your user and clicked "click here to vote" at that point you will receive the nx. so there are 2 time tracking going on. the first one is on royals, which gives you the nx, and the second one on gtop100, which tracks your actual vote. in other words you need not have actually voted on gtop to get the nx(i think), but that is a bannable offence (this is in response to your second post.)
