Hello, Im trying to complete the cassandra quest "The 7th Anniversary Jigsaw Puzzle" in order to get that 1.2x exp card but cant finish it because missing the piece E and not getting it from the quest as described in the guide book. I tried to ask around and it seems like none has my same problem,so just wondering if its truly a bug or maybe just me. I exchanged the golden leaf almost 10 times and didnt receive anything- In the following screenshots u can see better : Im pretty sure thats the one im missing even though the piece E in the book looks exactly like "F" 100% sure that i got this one from the balloon event =) Thanks in advice
Piece E has the wrong icon displayed. You'll get it when exchanging 10 golden leafs, but be ware, if you click too fast, you'll skip the dialog and have to wait for the next run.
I believe it's only 1 leaf, I finished mine in 4 hours on the first day. But yeah, we have the wrong icon displaying which will be fixed soontm
Only 1? if its only 1 im not getting any then, ive been trading at least 7-8 so far. Could it be a bug? - and can u confirm if in the puzzle the piece that im missing "gaga´s head" is E,which is obtainable by trading the golden leaf? @Becca
I didnt want to discuss about the fact that there are 2 same icons for 2 different letters,that wasnt the intetion of this thread.

Like I said above, I completed all of the puzzle pieces within 4 hours. They are in the game, and you can get the coupon. It is a graphical error and a glitch. The piece itself is in the game. If you were unable to get the coupon, more players would've come forward. Nobody has mentioned anything about not receiving their coupon yet. Gaga gives you a text asking if you would like a puzzle piece I believe after handing in the Piece of big puff daddy and the leaf
I am not getting that second message, i will record it if needed. I just get the first one and then I get a random reward and im 100% sure thats the one im missing. I am not here to make confusion and I think im pretty sure about what im saying and not wasting ur time
And you don't already have the puzzle piece in your inventory, and you have the puzzle quest in progress?
