Not Bug Not receiving Quest Reward (Camila's Gem)

    Today I was trying to get a pig's headband so I finished Camila's Gem, but I didn't receive either of the equipment. I made sure to check that all of my inventories were not full. I tried to reproduce this on my mule and had the same thing happen.

    I did the quest before on my paladin maybe a week or two ago and received the Pig Illustrated if that helps.
