Closed Now I'm Banned?

last thing i did was play cpq2.
I have no reason why Ive gotten banned.
Ban message: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection. Please check again"
I have no idea who banned me...

Hello. My user name is Antwig. I was just playing not that long ago and i decided to take a lunch break. when I came back, it was saying my account has either been deleted or banned. I'm so confused and bummed out because iv been putting so much work into my characters... please help D:

I have a level 126 Corsair "Antwig" and a 139 fire poison mage "FireAnt" i was playing cpq on another account i have with a lvl 64 cleric named "PleaseLumme" which the account is also banned. Not sure if its against the rules to have multiple accounts? i had the first account from a long time ago and made the new cleric recently when icame back to playing mapleroyals. been putting alot of work into it and i really wanna keep playing

It's not against our rules to have multiple accounts, it's however not allowed to vote using multiple accounts.

Can you explain why you have been voting using both PleaseLumme and FireAnt daily?

 

Well I am very sorry and had no idea that was against the rules. it lets you vote every 12 hours and i figured that was the reason because i know many people have multiple accounts. iv probably voted on both accounts for id say the last few days maybe. not very long tho. i mostly wanted it to get nx for my new cleric because i just reached level 50 on it and wanted to gach. but even so its not like i can transfer gach from each account. i do deffintely still play my corsair because it took a very very long time to get to the level i did and i would seriously be bummed to lose it. I promise im not trying to take advantage of your game i just want my characters iv put so many hours into back

 

Please let me know if there is anything you can do. Eager to play honestly xD

As your vote abuse falls under the minor category you will be banned for 14 days. You are allowed to vote during that time.

 

So I have to wait 14 DAYS?? I understand that I wasnt aware of the rules and that isnt an excuse but I mean I didnt even vote on both accounts for that long.. I just started my weekend and was stoked to play some royals but 14days seems so excessive..the website let's you vote every 12 hours on each account so ofcourse I'm going to do that...I mean that's a trap waiting to happen. And the abuse falls under a minor category but I have to wait 14days? That doesn't seem minor in my opinion. I dont mean to be rude but I'm just kinda frustrated... really want my account back lol I mean the website frickn let's you...I'm sorry I just dont think its necessary..honestly makes me want to quit the game unfortunately... :/ 14DAYS?!?!

 

You're lucky it wasn't a permanent ban. 14 days is the minimum penalty for vote abuse, so please take the time to read up on the rules in the mean time.

 

HA okay understandable. Must lose alot of players and donors this way. sounds from what iv been reading alot of people are banned for this reason and i understand some would try and exploit this system and that is not at all what i was trying to do. I don't mean to be rude but its very disheartening and discouraging considering this being my first time and it being an honest mistake and having to way 2 weeks to play. Someone who votes lets say at 11am votes on 1 account and then the next day wants nx on his/her second account but forgets what time exactly they voted and votes an hour or two early. the gtop100 website still allows you to vote even tho it hasnt been 24 hours yet. i feel like its kinda a fault in the voting system you guys might want to look into. It's not a flaw in our voting system that you ignore reading our rules on the forum, when creating your account, when first logging into your account, ignoring the message on our voting page. You are then also switching accounts, and addresses you vote with consistently.
We can tell the difference between honest mistakes as in your example and abusing our rules, you fall in the later category even if you think ignorance is a valid reason to not have to take any responsibility.
