Hey there I went to Heracle in Orbis (Guild Headquarters) to make a guild, but when selecting "create a guild" I got the message that the NPC ran into an error and should post the bug on forums. So here I am reporting the bug. I hope it can be fixed rather fast, can't wait to form my own guild Thanks for the help
It's not possible to create guilds right now, and it's likely going to be a while before it's enabled again, since there are a few things that have higher priority to get fixed at this moment.
