Fixed NPC Can't be clicked..

    Problem: Roofus cant be clicked
    Details: this npc at MapleIsland can't be clicked, so if we dont get food at time, our beautiful pets will die!!!...

    I am requesting that the priority of this bug be increased, as Roofus is an Islander's only source of Pet Food, especially with the premium foods in the Cash Shop not being accessible. Without Pet Food, we will not be able to use our quality-of-life pets.
