NPC Jade not found in El Nath

    I am doing alcaster quest and one of its quests requires me to talk to Jade in El Nath. I have surfed the entire 12 channels but he's not there. On the top left corner map his green npc dot is there though. Please help .... I need to complete his quest ASAP. Thank you.

    Sometimes I lose npcs, cycling a few channels solves it for me.

    Did you download the updated client from may 16th?

    Yes. I updated every files and i surfed all 12 channels. It just doesn't work T_T

    A GM confirmed that Jade was in El Nath before you made your thread so not sure where you looked.
