Duplicate NPC Jade not Found

Recently ive been doing alcaster's quest and one of its quests requires me to find Jade in El Nath. On the map on top left corner, the green dot that represents Jade is there but on the map he's nowhere to be seen. help please T_T

 

This is common, try a different channel.
If that still doesn't help you will need to ~gm and ask if they could be so kind and reload the map so the NPC comes back.

 

That was what i did. I surfed the entire 12 channels but he was just no there...
