Fixed NPC Norman dcing when i try to buy scrolls

    traveled for like 40-50 minutes only to find out i can't buy the shoes speed scrolls i wanted x_x, he keeps dcing me. no matter which scroll i buy, no matter the amount. i do have enough mesos and available inventory space. this happens every time lol
