Hi there, I'm not exactly sure if this is an known issue however I just happen to stumble upon so figured I might as well made it know. It's not that big of an issue actually. The NPC that warps the players from the kerning subway to NLC would warp anyway even when the option selected is 'NO', the same issue as when the player is traveling back to kerning from NLC. Doesn't really cause a big impact on the gameplay actually but yep always good to have less issues with the NPC in a reputable server. Cheers!
Update Bell. Now he'll sell (= give) you the ticket. Then turn it in at the Ticket Machine to get to the next map. Also updated Jake, no more B0 Tickets there.
