I agree with a handful of these points. The inactive names, buddy lists, and buffs seem like a great quality of life that do not hurt players. The vote reminder is also important since it also helps boost the server. The last suggestion is my favorite though, as it can allow a different option so players don't feel FOMO if they're not "optimal."
