Minor NX Cash Item - Heroe's Transcendence Stone Chat Ring can't be moved into the Cash Shop

    Heroe's Transcendence Stone Chat Ring can't be moved into the Cash Shop
    AND it can be dropped ( probably traded too )


    Edit: It's a NX item, so it being dropable and tradeable is normal. However i can't put this thing into the Cash Shop
