IGN:TehAis Problem: NX disappeared between 2017 to 2018/2019 Details: Im a old player and i quit in 2017, but i still vote because i wan to return someday. One day i saw my friend still playing so i capture image and let him see my saving NX. (in the old patch, dont have control panel icon block there, so we can directly see the NX increase after vote) Spoiler: NX in 2018 and in 8-Oct-2020 i wanna play back mapleroyals so i download and start voting again, i realized the home UI was changes, i cant see my NX after vote, i didn't check my NX and just close window... Spoiler: new UI Its a new update for me and i didn't have a PIN so i was unable to login to my account. Due to some reason the "FORGOT PIN" and "FORGOT PASSWORD" doesn't work (it doesn't sent mail to my email). i tried to post thread on support and wait for solution for few days, but when i try again on 12-Oct-2020 (Monday) i finally receive my verify email to change PIN. (i have no idea why i can suddenly received email, my personally guess was server email was on maintain that few day?) Spoiler: email I'm so excited login and change my pin and disable pic. After logged in, i check my NX has only 40k, and this 40k might be the day i return (8-Oct-2020) start vote until the day i login back (12-Oct-2020)... Here comes the point, my NX must be cleared to 0 on a certain day in 2020. so i have a few question, 1)May i ask how can i get my NX back in these year of vote? isit able to refund? 2)isit possible to check NX history or vote history to calculate back my NX for refund? Feel free to ask for more info, hope i can get back my Hard-earned NX..

you got hacked due to your poor account security on 2020-06-13 14:24:02 and they used your NX, you have your account back fortunately but you wont be getting the NX replaced
