IGN: ZergGirl Problem: Spent 100k NX trying to get the hairstyle Sunflower Power, turns out it was missing from hair salon. Unfortunately I don't have a screenshot of everything, thought the hairstyle was in the salon because I've seen it before in game. You can't check if the EXP hairs are available via NPC cos they are only obtainable via random coupons. I also bought 2 Kerning EXP coupons by accident, don't need to be refunded for that. Perhaps my transaction history can be checked? The purchase occurred on June 5th around 7:50 PM PST around the time I submitted the forum post.
Hi I was going for streaky siren. I saw this hair pop up in Reg for NLC. This is rare though. I got this once out of 36 tries. 37th try was streaky siren.
Hello, yeah I just got it recently after people confirmed that the hairstyle was missing from the NLC hair salon and was fixed. But before it was fixed, I spent around 100k NX trying to get Streaky Siren or Sunflower Power when it wasn't in the game in the first place after the new source update.
I have given you 100k NX as a one time exception. Note to others: This thread is not to be used as a precedent for future issues. The OP was under the impression that the hairstyle was available from the NPC as it was in old source. While this was true, due to an error on our part, the hairstyle was not offered at all. As this was confirmed to be a bug by staff, I have authorized an NX refund.
