Hi so i was selling nx, someone asked me to buy him an legendary gold ring so i bought and traded him. we couldnt make the trade because i had full mesos so i bought coins. we re traded and couldnt trade again, so i tried to put the ring in cash shop and get it out, after i put it in cash shop and went out of the cash shop, when i came back to cash shop to take it out its just dissapeared. its not much, its 4.5k nx, but would still like to get refund since i dont realy need the ring, it was for selling <3
