Not Bug NX voting problem

    Dear admins,
    I have not vote for today since midnight UTC, but I could not vote. GTop website kept showing me that i have voted already and need to wait for 18 hours, even though I'd refreshed the website several times. Additionally, I did not vote with any Wi-Fi device but my mobile's cellular data. Please help me to get 16k NX for today, thank you all.
