NX Voting

    I was trying to vote today, but for some reason when I went to do my vote, it said that I had already done it prior. But I was outside at the time and there was no way that I could have voted. It is now on a 16 hour cooldown and I was unable to claim my NX for the day. There was noone home to claim anything. Is there any way that I could have the 8000 NX added to my account? or somehow fix what happened so that I am able to get the NX back. 8000 for me is a lot since I just started a couple days ago.

    Your IP address was probably used by someone else

    Best is to vote with mobile data instead

    Someone random can just use my IP address? I tried to use my data afterwards but it still didn't let me claim. If someone just used my IP shouldn't I be able to claim on my phone still?

    It depends on the ISP - if they assign dynamic IP address to the users

    I face this issue quite often, and vote via mobile data when it happens

    I just voted today through mobile and he same thing happened. I claimed it on my phone and it didn’t appear in my acc AGAIN. As a donor, losing out on 16000 NX is very aggravating and quite annoying if half the time I don’t get my NX for daily voting. Is there a GM or someone who can add the NX to my account??! Or someone get it back.

    When you voted on mobile, does it say you voted successfully?

    Or says you have to wait certain duration

    It said it had to wait because it was claimed 2 hours ago. When the duration hadn’t come to an end yet. I checked 2 hours ago when it told me I had 119 minutes to go, and now it doesn’t let me claim it saying I ALREADY claimed it 2 hours ago.

    There we go, I got home just now and tried it again using my laptop and it worked and went through this time. Not sure why is said I voted on my phone already, but at least its fixed now.

    On a side note, how do i get my donor tag on forums?

    Maybe your phone data was used today, but not WiFi

    For your donor tag on forum - you can request for it at this link once donated some amount

    Provide the IGN of the account you donated on
    And the PayPal transaction ID (not compulsory but helps to speed things up)
