    Title is confusing. You mean the I/L skill Ifrit is not doing damage to Opachu's?

    OK, have tested this out and Ifrit hits Opachu normally, but misses on Pachu, the form Opachu takes when its HP is depleted.

    There is, however, a very good reason for this - Pachu is immune to fire attacks!

    So, not a bug!
