Rules:

1. Must apply here or you will not be able to participate.
2. Optional entry fee is 1 AP reset
3. There are two different prizes you can win in this tournament. One is the sponsered prize and one entry fee prize. You can join for free and eligible to receive the sponsered prize, but you must pay the entry fee to be eligible for the entry fee prize. The entry fee prize is basically the lump sum of all the entry fee. No refund on the optional entry fee unless the tournament was cancelled or you backed out before the tournament starts.

   Sponsored Prize Pool (players do not need to pay entry fee to be eligible to win)
   1st place: 50% of sponsor prize pool
   2nd place: 30% of sponsor prize pool
   3rd place: 20% of sponsor prize pool
   
   Entry Fee Prize Pool (players must pay entry free to be eligible)
   Top 3 players who payed entry fee will be rewarded entry fee prize pool.
   1st highest ranked eligible player: 50% of entry fee prize pool
   2nd highest ranked eligible player: 30%of entry fee prize pool
   3rd highest ranked eligible player: 20% of entry fee prize pool
   
   For example: If the tournament's 1st and 3rd place did not pay an entry fee but all the other players did.
   Then:
   1st place would get 0% from entry fee prize pool, 50% from the sponsored prize pool
   
   2nd place would get 50% from the entry fee prize pool, 30% from sponsored prize pool
   
   3rd place would get 0% from entry fee prize pool, 20% from sponsored prize pool
   
   4th place would get 30% from the entry fee prize, 0% from sponsored prize pool
   
   5th place would get 20% from the entry fee prize pool, 0% from sponsored prize pool
4. The game will be double elimination, best 2 out of 3.
5. After all the names filled the bracket, the person with lower omok score will be the host for the first round. Please be honest and use your main character with the highest omok score. The host will open the game, and will be able to make the first move. The subsequent match up host will be the most recent person who lost a match.
6. It's players' responsibility to meet up and play the other player. If a person doesn't respond within 48 hours in the game or on the forum, that player automatically forfeit, and the other person advanced to the next tier.
7. If the two players cannot find a time to meet up, I'll arrange a different match up or extend the 48 hours time limit.
8. Double three "BUG" is allowed. I as a host casted a tie breaking vote since it was a tie. As long as you can get a "WIN" show up on the board, you win the game. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/double-3-bug.119626/

Feedback poll closing on April 23. Will construct the rules and regulations for this tournament with 100% respect the result of the poll.

The rules and regulations will be similar to the first OMOK Tournament I hosted a few month ago minus pending poll results. The entry fee will be optional same as before. You can play without entry fee, but you won't receive the prize money if you do win. The prize will go to the runner up that paid the entry fee.

Also I'm separating the sponsored prize money with optional prize money. You don't have to pay the optional entry fee to compete for the sponsered prize pool.

For an example. If you enter without paying the optional entry fee, and you made it to the top three, you will get a percent split from the sponsered prize pool but not from the optional entry free prize pool.

However, if you pay the optional entry fee and you made it to top three, you will get a split from both sponsered prize pool AND the entry fee prize pool.
