Closed one of character is dc after entering the game

problem:cann't start the game

detail: click NPC Spiegelman to enter cpq place, and then this character will dc after i try to start game. And another character can connect btw. so just help me move the character to another place. Thank staffs in advance.

Are you playing on the 800 x 600 client? If so, can you try installing the 1024 x 768 client and let us know if you still have the same issue?
