I’ve been experiencing constant disconnection issues, and I believe this started during last year’s Anniversary event. It got so bad that I had to risk doing my in-game dailies because I might disconnect in the middle of them. This went on for a few months, then suddenly stopped around the end of 2025. However, I think it came back around December 2025 or January 2026. Even now, I’m still experiencing it, and the game has honestly become unplayable for me. It’s really frustrating because I never know when I’m about to DC, and once it starts happening, it can last for hours. What usually happens is I lag for a few seconds, then I disconnect back to the login screen. I also noticed that when I play with my friend who lives in the Philippines, we disconnect at the same time. We log back in, then disconnect again shortly after. Two weeks ago, when I was helping her make her own 16 SCGs, we disconnected at least 10 times before we finished them. It was honestly ridiculous. I’ve tried to stay patient, but since this has been happening on and off for almost a year now, I do not think I can keep ignoring it anymore. The worst part is there is no specific timing. It happens randomly, and once it starts, it usually continues for an hour or more. I asked another friend who plays from Singapore, and they are not experiencing any disconnection issues. I also play other games without any problems, and I do not have general WiFi issues. It is just this game that constantly disconnects me, and it really feels like I cannot progress properly because of it.
