    Hello! I have posted a question in Character Issues Forum a few days ago, and I was wondering what would be the reason for it to remain as "open."
    I believe I have written all required information for the problem to be solved (following the format sticky note) and I have tried to search for possible reasons why it is not read (I think) by the staff members but I am still clueless... Could anyone inform me on what could possibly be wrong? I am sorry if this question is a much repeated one. Thank you in advance :)
