Duplicate Opening Nolbu's Gourd Quest and Helios Tower's Elevator

    As title.
    After I planted the Quest Item "Nolbu's Seed", nothing happened but the seed just eventually disappeared. The quest was in a unsolving condition.
    The elevator in Helios Tower was not usable and no error message. It couldn't either get the character to Korean Folk Town or Ludibrium. (Both I tried.) The door of the elevator was opening yet it had no response while pressing transporting key.
