Join us on our journey to create the most optimal path to achieving 100% Quest completion; beginning with a brand new account. This guide will cover the optimal path to completing all of Maple Island Quests while reaching only Level 10 and allowing you to complete the quest: "Begin Path of <class>" without over leveling (unless you are a mage, of course). Spoiler: Tips, Tricks and Sepcial Notes: You do not need to go out of your way to destroy box's for Wooden Boards/Rusty Screws. I outline when to destroy box's; however, if you destroy any that cross your path you will encounter more than 10 by the time we reach Pio the 2nd time. You can kill extra mobs without worry but it may be faster to change channels if what you are hunting isn't available. This is a great strategy for players looking to quickly create Mule accounts. This is also the beginning of our Journey to achieve 100% quest completion. While the majority of us are familiar with Maple Island, Questing afterwards provides a very new and unfamiliar player experience and this guide will set us up for success going forward. If you are planning on making a Magician, you are in luck, however, do note that you will need a special NX item in order to not miss out on any Skill Points. This is optional, however highly recommended, and can be achieved by purchasing an Everstone (insert img of Everstone/link). Begin by following the guide over a non-Magician class and level up to 15. At Level 15 you are allowed to vote providing 8K NX allowing you to purchase an Everstone. The guide below will notate when you should be Level 8, how to purchase, how and when to use this item. [Maple Island] You have just created your first character, it's time to setup your keybinds. I like to put NPC Chat on my "Y" Key to help speed up chat's. Training Camp Proceed by talking to Sera and entering the Upper Level of the Training Camp. Continue left via the conveyor belts to the portal and enter. Send the "Y" key for NPC CHAT to accept our first quest, Roger's Apple! Open your inventory and eat the apple to restore your HP. Send the "Y" key again to complete the quest with Roger. Proceed to Nina and begin Nina and Sen's Dinner Menu. If you are quick, you can accept the Quest, speak to Sen and click on Nina while staying on the conveyor belt to save time and complete the quest. At the end of the conveyor belt; NPC Chat with Todd to begin Todd's How-To-Hunt. Hunt down 1 Tutorial Drumming Rabbit for a Toy Drum and 1 Tutorial Leatty for a Leattys Hairball. Complete the quest via Peter. Congratulations on Level 2! Put 1 Skill Point into Nimble Feet and exit the Training Camp by talking to Heena and again speaking with Peter once you are outside. Welcome to Maple Island! Snail Hunting Ground I Begin the Quest: Robin the Walking Encyclopedia immediately upon entering. Select option 2, 2, 4 in order to complete the quest. Congratulations on Level 3! Add 1 Skill Point into Nimble Feet and continue right and speak to Sam to start the following Quests: Love Counseling | Help Hunt the Snails. Hunt down 10 Snails, making sure to collect all drops while you continue to the right until you reach Maria. A Split Road Speak to Maria to complete Help Hunt the Snails and to start the following Quests: Letter for Lucas | Maria's Nutritious Juice| Maria's Map Reading. Congratulations on Level 4! Place your final Skill Point into Nimble Feet and continue to the bottom-right portal towards Southperry. The Field West of Southperry Before reaching Southperry we can complete Love Counseling by speaking to Bari after we hunt down Stumps until we obtain 3x Tree Branch. Congratulations on Level 5! Continue to the right to reach Southperry! Southperry Upon reaching Southperry head right and up the first ladder you encounter to find Biggs. Speak to Biggs and begin the following Quests: Here Little Piggy | Biggs Collection of Items. Quickly Change Channels to get sent back to the left side of Southperry and begin making your way back to Split Road where you will then take the portal above you and head towards Amherst making sure to stop by Yoona on the way! The Field West of Amherst On our way to Amherst we will have to pass through The Field West of Amherst. In the center of this map we will find Yoona and directly beneath her a Wooden Box. Destroy the Wooden Box to obtain Old Wooden Board and Rusty Screw. Speak to Yoona and begin the Quest: Helping out Yoona. Continue right to find another Wooden Box which you will break, giving us 2x Old Wooden Boards and 2x Rusty Screws. Proceed through the portal to Amherst. Amherst We've finally reached Amherst! Just a few steps to our right we will find Rain where we can begin the Quest: Rains Maple Quiz. Select options 1, 1, 1, 4, 2, 3, 1 to complete the Quiz. A bit further to our right we will encounter Pio; speak with him to begin the Quest: Pios Collecting Recycled Goods. Note the Wooden Box here which you should promptly destroy giving us 3x Old Wooden Boards and 3x Rusty Screws. Continue right until you reach Lucas; speak with him to complete the Quests: Letter for Lucas | Maria's Letter. Congratulations on Level 6! Continue speaking with Lucas and begin the following Quests: Lucas' Cute Daughter | Chief's Introduction. Break the wooden Box here giving us 4x Old Wooden Boards and 4x Rusty Screws. Change channels to be sent back to the left side of Amherst, heading left this time, continuing to change channels as you return back towards Maria at Split Road. A Split Road Speak with Maria, completing Lucas' Reply. This unlocks Protect Lucas Farm which is why we came back here so early. Head back to Amherst to begin Protect Lucas Farm quest making sure to use Nimble Feet as it's available! Amherst Once in Amherst head over to Lucas and begin Protect Lucas Farm. Continue right noticing another Wooden Box to destroy giving us 5x Old Wooden Boards and 5x Rusty Screws. Enter the portal... The Field East of Amherst *Remember if you need to quickly move to the left side of the map simply change channels* Things will begin to speed up here as we can focus on hunting! Speak with Mai and begin the Quests: Mai's first Training | New Life. Destroy the Wooden Box next to Mai giving us 6x Old Wooden Boards and 6x Rusty Screws. Hunt Down stumps obtaining 3x Branches while killing 5x Stumps, quickly return to Mai to complete the quest and begin Mai's Second Training. Collect 10x Red Snail Shells and make sure you destroy the Wooden Box just above Red Snails at the top left of the map giving us 7x Old Wooden Boards and 7x Rusty Screws. Upon completing Mai's Second Training and having 10x Red Snail Shells another Wooden Box should be respawned next to Mai; break this so we now have 8x Old Wooden Boards and 8x Rusty Screws. You should also be level 7 now! Begin Mai's Third Training and promptly hunt 3x Slime and gather 2x Squishy Liquid. Complete Mai's Third Training and begin Mai's Last Training requiring us to hunt 2x Pig. At the top right section of the map where you will find pigs you will also find another Wooden Box; break it giving us 9x Old Wooden Boards and 9x Rusty Screws. Complete Mai's Last Training sending us to Level 8! Head back to Lucas making sure to destroy your final Wooden Box giving you 10x Old Wooden Boards and 10x Rusty Screws. Amherst Complete Chiefs Introduction and continue left to Pio. Spam NPC Chat to complete both of Pios Quests: Pio's Collecting Recycled Goods | Pio and the Recycling. Continue left one portal to... The Field West of Amherst Collect Remaining Snail Shells, 15x Mushroom Spores and hunt 5x Snails and 10x Blue Snails. Talk to Yoona and complete Luca's Cute Daughter | Helping out Yoona. Congratulations on reaching Level 9! Head back to Amherst by going right. Amherst Return to Lucas and Complete Quest: Protect Lucas Farm continue right through the portal and speak with Mai and Complete the New Life Quest. Head back left towards Maria; remembering to change channels to quickly navigate across the maps. A Split Road Return to Maria and complete Maria's Nutrious Juice while also beginning Quest: Delivering Nutritious Juice to Shanks. Head right and take the bottom portal to head towards Southperry. The Field West of Southperry Talk to Bari and begin Quest: Bari's Test. Hunt down 2x Orange Mushroom Caps and then complete Bari's test. Continue walking right until you reach... Southperry Return to Biggs by once again heading right and up the first ladder you see above the Armor Store. Complete the following Quests: Bigg's Collection of Items | Here Little Piggy... and begin Biggs Quest: Biggs Story on Victoria Island. Proceed right until reaching Shanks; completing his Quest: Delivering Nutritious Juice to Shanks. Now is also a good time to complete Shanks Quest: Safe Adventures before turning in your Lucas's Recommendation Letter and traveling to Victoria Island. Victoria Island: Warning follow the next steps very carefully or else you will overlevel! Walk to Olaf towards the bottom right of the map. DO NOT COMPLETE BIGGS STORY ON VICTORIA ISLAND! Talk to Olaf and Begin Quest: A Lesson On Job Advancement; speak to him again to take the Test for A Lesson On Job Advancement and select option 3, 1, 2. Speak to Olaf yet again and start both Quests: The Path of <class> | Around Lith Harbor. DO NOT COMPLETE BIGGS STORY ON VICTORIA ISLAND! DO NOT COMPLETE QUESTS Proceed to the respective job instructor based on the class you chose by heading left and speaking with Phil for a Taxi. Talk to your job instructor and Job Advance. Place any newfound SP into your skills and speak to your job instructor again to complete quest The Path of <class>!
