Orbis Tower scroll quest bug

    The Orbis tower scroll quest is bug, been 2 days already. NPC cannot give the scrolls after all chats, a box appear stating "there is bug in your Quest".
    Have tried CC and relog, nothing work.

    This works perfectly fine. The issue is the same with all repeatable quests in that they look like they're available before they arent.
